Organising

Organising a march or a demo or a camp is “easy” (hard work, but easy). It’s in the comfort zone of most dedicated activists. But what about the local organising, so that there is sustained and growing (!) pressure on the local target.

How do you deal with tensions within a group, between groups etc. How do you keep dialogues and communications going within your group and with interested bystanders, potential allies etc.

How do you make sure the logistics runs well?

How do you make sure the right things get done at the right time, efficiently and effectively?
